The hotel is expected to include a new spa, restaurant, bar, riverfront connections and integration into the property’s existing riverfront park and the Three Rivers Heritage Trail. It’s official: Rivers Casino will begin construction this spring on a $35 million riverfront hotel on the eastern side of its North Shore building near the headwaters of the Ohio River.
